If paying with card, card payment is subject to processing fee of 2.75% plus $0.30 per transaction
When testing or medication is medically appropriate, our team will discuss available options with you.
Laboratory testing, pharmacy costs, imaging, specialist services, and other outside services are generally billed separately by the facility or provider performing them.
Whenever possible, we aim to help self-pay patients understand their options before moving forward.
